Abigail Lamb joined W. P. Carey’s Legal Transactions Department in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Director and Transaction Counsel. In her role, Abigail works directly with W. P. Carey’s Investments and Asset Management teams to structure, negotiate and close complex commercial real estate transactions across W. P. Carey’s portfolio. Abigail’s expertise spans a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters, with a focus on sale-leasebacks, build-to-suit developments, forward take-outs, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, restructurings and development relating to all asset classes.

Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Abigail was an attorney at Blank Rome LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Abigail earned a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College and a J.D., cum laude from Seton Hall Law School.
